Barbara S. Rosman

Barbara S. Rosman, 80, of Palmyra, WI passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at Rainbow Hospice Center in Johnson Creek.

Barbara was born on October 24, 1944 in Milwaukee, WI the daughter of Douglas and Camilla (Mich) Congdon. She grew up in the Palmyra area and graduated from Palmyra High School with the class of 1962. On April 4, 1964 Barbara was united in marriage to William Rosman and the Lord blessed their union with four children, Jon, Lisa, Kathleen, and Michael. Barbara was a devoted wife and mother and took great care of her family. She was a very caring person and was always willing to do what she could for her family and friends. Barbara also had a great sense of humor and liked to joke and laugh. She was creative and good with her hands; Barbara used her talents to sew many of her daughters’ clothes during their childhood. For leisure, she enjoyed traveling with her husband and the couple made many good memories on trips and cruises together. Barbara also enjoyed boating and in her younger years, camping with her family. Barbara will be dearly missed, but her memory will live on through the lives of her dear family.

She is survived by: her children, Jon (Hayley) Rosman of Vero Beach, FL, Lisa (Leon) DeLeon of Boca Raton, FL, Kathleen (Todd) Voss of Fort Atkinson, WI, and Michael (Stacy) Rosman of Mukwonago, WI; her grandchildren, Jacqueline de Leon of Boca Raton, Lauren de Leon of Boca Raton, William (Martina) Voss of Lodi, Noah (Abby) Voss of Fort Atkinson, Savannah Voss of Boynton Beach, FL, Sawyer Voss of Fort Atkinson,  Matthew (Jamie) Rosman of Palmyra, and Jack Rosman of Mukwonago. Barbara is also survived by her sister, Julia Szymkowski of Boynton Beach, FL, and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her parents, her loving husband, William, her dear granddaughter, Holly Rosman and her brother, Douglas Congdon.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Palmyra, WI with Fr. Patrick Wendler presiding. Visitation will take place from 9:30AM until the time of Mass at the church.
