Callista Faith Chapman

Callista F. Chapman, 19, of East Troy, WI passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee.

Callista was born on January 28, 2006 in Racine the daughter of Brian and Cheryl (Wawiorka) Chapman. Callista will be remembered for her strength, bravery, sweet disposition and unforgettable laugh. She was happiest when spending time with her loving family or watching movies. Some of her favorites were Elmo, Sesame Street, Bee Movie, Happy Feet and pretty much anything Disney or Pixar. Callista will be dearly missed but forever remembered by those she leaves behind.

She is survived by: her loving parents, Brian and  Cheryl Chapman of East Troy; her siblings, Spencer Chapman of Williamsport, PA, Crystal Chapman of East Troy, and Drew Chapman of East Troy; and her grandmothers, Penny Wawiorka of Mount Pleasant, and Barbara Chapman of Troy Center. She is further survived by a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her grandpas, Marion “Drew” Wawiorka and Spencer "Pete" Chapman, and her great Aunty Vicky Zagame.

Memorials in Callista’s honor may be made to Children’s Miracle Network.

A Funeral Service will take place at 2:00PM on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at the Gibson Family Funeral Home in Eagle, WI (499 Elkhorn Road, Eagle, WI 53119). Visitation will take place from 11:00AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Callista will be laid to rest at Little Prairie Cemetery immediately following the service.
