David L. Jaquith

David L. Jaquith, 76, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Beloit Memorial Hospital.

David was born on June 29, 1948 in Hebron, WI the oldest son of Robert Royal and Dorothy (Bowey) Jaquith. David graduated from Mukwonago High School. After his schooling, David served his country in the United States Army. After his military service, worked as a truck driver for the majority of his working years. He worked hard and enjoyed a long career in the trucking industry. David was blessed with a son, Dustin and two grandchildren, Robert and Jillian. David was a proud grandpa and loved his grandkids dearly. David was an avid bowler in his younger years and even bowled a perfect 300 game. He also enjoyed classic country music. David will be missed but will be remembered by those he leaves behind. 

He is survived by: his son, Dustin (Jessie) Jaquith of Palmyra, WI; his two dear grandchildren, Robert and Jillian Jaquith; the mother of his son, Carolyn Wyrick, and his siblings, Robert, Steve, Jerry (Vikky), William (Dawn), and Mary. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents. 

David’s family will hold a private service at a later date.
