Deborah E. LaSusa

Deborah E. LaSusa, 61 of Whitewater, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital.

Deborah was born on July 28, 1960, in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Albert and Ellen (Hofstedt) Rudolph. She attended elementary and high school in the area and later earned a certificate in cosmetology.  Deborah had 3 children and loved spending time with her family.  Times spent at family cookouts were especially cherished.  She led a simple yet fulfilled life and had a deep appreciation for God’s creation.  She was a nature and animal lover, but cats held a special place in her heart.  Helping people was a lasting passion in Deborah’s life.  She was extremely generous with her time and talents.  She was known to be a perfectionist, a character quality her family and friends appreciated.  Her greatest joy in life were her children and grandchildren, and her family is thankful for her deep faith and devotion to Jesus Christ.  Deborah will be dearly missed.

She is survived by: her children Matthew LaSusa of Big Bend, and  Gina (Andrew Whittow) LaSusa of Mukwonago; grandchildren Audrina Peterson and Nash Whittow; niece Nicole Rudolph; and her beloved cat Angel.

She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Angela LaSusa (1989), brothers David and Doug Rudolph, and niece Brittany Rudolph.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00PM on Friday, June 24, 2022 at the Gibson Family Funeral Home in Palmyra.  Visitation will be on Friday from 5:00PM until the time of service at the funeral home.  Deborah will be laid to rest at Highland Memorial Park at a later date.
