Kerstin Rauch

Kerstin Rauch, 50, of Palmyra, WI passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Aurora Summit Medical Center.

Kerstin was born in Offenburg, Germany on May 1, 1970. After completing her schooling, she left her home country of Germany and came over to the United States. The Lord blessed her with two children, Joseph and Andreas. Kerstin worked for Home Depot for many years in a number of different capacities. Kerstin was great at her job and she treated her customers and coworkers with respect and helped in any way she could. Kerstin was a very giving person and she had a heart for others, especially abused children. She and her fiancé, Scott started the non-profit organization, Rebels on a Mission to serve and support children who have been abused. Kerstin also had a stubborn side, and could get her point across if she felt strongly about something. For leisure, she enjoyed riding her Harley-Davidson with her family and friends. She also loved Jon Bon Jovi and joked that she would marry him some day. Kerstin had a heart of gold and she is going to be greatly missed, but her memory will live on in the many lives she has touched.

She is survived by: her fiancé and companion, Scott Haas of Palmyra, WI; her two dear children and her dear step-daughter, Joseph Rauch-Sharak, Andreas Rauch-Sharak, and Stacia Haas; and her mother and stepfather, Gabriele and Werner Klausmann. She is also survived by a number of other relatives and too many dear friends to mention by name, but she loved them all.

Memorials in Kerstin’s honor may be made to her family.

A Friends and Family Gathering will take place from 11:00AM until 2:00PM on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Gibson Family Funeral Home in Palmyra, WI (320 W. Main St. Palmyra, WI 53156). All are welcome to come celebrate and remember Kerstin together. Kerstin’s family also invites everyone to a Celebration of Life at the Palmyra Village Park immediately following the gathering at the funeral home.
