Robert H. Renk

Robert H. Renk, 86, of Dousman, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 8th, 2026 at Lake Country Health Services in Oconomowoc.

Bob was born on June 4, 1940 in the Town of Trenton, Wisconsin the son of Allen and Pearl (Becker) Renk. He grew up in the Trenton and West Bend area on the family farm and after completing his schooling, worked on the farm with his dad. Until starting his career as a custodian at the Slinger schools. On October 23, 1971, Bob was united in marriage to Denise Graf and the two went on to enjoy over 47 years of marriage until Denise’s passing in 2019. God blessed Bob with four children, Robert, Stephen, Charity and Heath. He worked for the Mukwonago school system as a custodian for the majority of his working career and retired in 2006. Bob took pride in his work and providing for his family. He had quite a few interests during his life and enjoyed stock car racing, classic cars, country music, and fixing and restoring furniture. Bob liked to keep busy around the house with yardwork and outdoor projects and kept this up during his later years. Above all else in Bob’s life was his love for his family. He put his family first and took good care of his loved ones. He will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.

He is survived by: his two children, Robert (Colleen) Renk of Dousman, and Charity (Brian) Doyle of Dousman; his grandchildren, Robert, Casey (Lauren), Keith, Nicole, Britnie (Dustin), Ava, Sawyer, Grace, and Leif; and his sister, Jeanne (the late Jerry) Rohleder of Las Vegas, NV. He is further survived by a number of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Denise, and his two dear sons, Stephen and Heath. 

A Funeral Service to honor Bob’s life will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday June 18, 2026 at the Gibson Family Funeral Home in Eagle, WI (499 Elkhorn Road, Eagle, WI 53119) with the Rev. Duane Goetsch presiding. Visitation will take place from 10:00AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Bob will be laid to rest next to his wife in Melendy’s Prairie Cemetery in the Town of Eagle immediately following the service.
