Sharon K. Riccitelli

Sharon K. Riccitelli, 75, of Dousman, WI passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 7, 2025 at her home.

Sharon was born in Antigo, WI the daughter of Dominic and Dell (Johnson) Riccitelli. She grew up on the family farm and her love for animals and the outdoors stuck with her throughout her life. She was blessed with two loving children, Jennifer and Jacob. Sharon worked in a few different capacities during her life, the job she most enjoyed was working as an Arborist for Farina Tree Care in North Prairie. She would retire from Farina in 2010. Sharon’s work as an Arborist fit her well as she loved to be outside in nature. Even after her retirement, she would be outside every chance she got enjoying the birds and animals and the beauty of her surroundings. Sharon was a very independent person and was very capable and self-sufficient. For leisure, Sharon enjoyed the occasional trip to the casino and relaxing on her deck. She was also an avid reader and a passionate cook. Her farm upbringing gave her an appreciation for good-clean food and she shopped at local farmers markets and meat markets for locally grown food as often as she could. Above all else in Sharon’s life was her love for her family and she will be dearly missed by those she leaves behind.

She is survived by: her two children, Jennifer (Mark) Tappendorf of Fort Atkinson, and Jacob (Brittany) Hintz of New Berlin; her three grandchildren, Erik (Tabitha), Autumn, and Eleanor; her great-granddaughter, Cecilia; and her sister, Mary (Carl) Rowlands of Slinger, WI. She is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Per Sharon’s wishes, no formal funeral service will be held.
