Thomas L. Thomas

Thomas Lee Thomas, 70, of Waterloo, WI passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 13, 2025.

Thomas was born on January 28, 1955 in Waukesha, WI the son of Roger and Betty (Bender) Thomas. He grew up in the Eagle area and graduated from Mukwonago High School. Tom enjoyed a long career of 39 years of farming with the Battist Farm in Waterloo. He loved being on the farm and worked in many different capacities. Tom had a special connection to animals of all types and loved the cows he took care of as well as his pet dogs. Tom was also very handy and could fix just about anything. For leisure, Tom enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his friends and his companion, Janet. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered by those he leaves behind.

He is survived by: his companion, Janet; his sister, Bonnie (the late Mike) Pettit, brother-in-law, Gordon Zimdars, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Jerry Thomas and Sue Zimdars.

Memorials in Tom’s honor may be made to the Jefferson County Humane Society in lieu of flowers.

A Memorial Service for Tom will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the Gibson Family Funeral Home in Eagle, WI (499 Elkhorn Road, Eagle, WI 53119). Visitation will take place from 10:00AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
