Tina M. Aukofer

Tina M. Aukofer, 48, of Palmyra, WI passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 1, 2021 at her home. 

Tina was born on September 13, 1972 in Guadalajara, Mexico the daughter of Thomas and Judy (Whitman) Rosselet. She grew up in New Berlin, WI and graduated from West Allis Hale High School in 1990. On April 20, 1991, she married the love of her life, Richard Aukofer, Jr. and Lord blessed their union with two loving children, Brittany and Ryan. Tina and Richard moved out to Palmyra soon after their marriage and would remain there to create endless memories. She worked as a Line Lead for Generac for the majority of her working career but the job that Tina loved most was being a mother and taking care of her family. She was an amazing friend, a very hardworking woman, and selfless to the core. She was happiest when spending time with her family, relaxing, and always enjoyed a good read. Above all, Tina loved dressing up for Halloween, spending the day with her daughter, and traveling abouts with her friends. Tina’s loving family pictures her in her hammock with a cold drink, a good book, and listening to music. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She gave life everywhere she went and will be remembered as a shining light and greatly missed by those she leaves behind. 

She is survived by: her loving husband of 29 years, Richard “Dickie” Aukofer, Jr. of Palmyra; her two dear children, Brittany Aukofer, and Ryan (Paola Perez) Aukofer both of Palmyra; her father, Thomas (Cathleen) Rosselet of Mequon; and her three siblings, Tanya Zwitter of Palmyra, Thomas Rosselet of West Allis, and Timothy Rosselet of Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Judy Rosselet, and her grandparents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tina’s family. 

A Visitation and Memorial Gathering will be held from 4:00PM until 7:00PM on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at the Gibson Family Funeral Home in Palmyra (320 W. Main St. Palmyra, WI 53156).
