Wendy L. Wood

Wendy L. Wood, 61, of Delafield, WI passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020 at her home.

Wendy was born on May 10, 1959 in Milwaukee, WI the daughter of Charles and Carolyn (Wagner) Wood. God blessed Wendy with three children, Dan, Hilary, and Michelle. Wendy worked in a few capacities during her life; the two major industries she worked in were real estate and self-care. For leisure, she enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing and she had a special love for animals, especially her dog Scooby. Wendy was passionate about fashion and beauty. She took pride in her self-image and made sure to exercise and take care of herself. Above all else Wendy was young at heart, she loved to dance and be social. Wendy had a wild side and her wanderlust could not be tamed. She cared deeply for her children and she will be dearly missed by those she leaves behind.

Wendy is survived by: her three children, Dan, Hilary, and Michelle Haynes; her siblings, Kim (Jody) Papp, and Patricia (Dale) Snyder; and her step-mother, Wendy Sue Wood. She is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Debbie Kirchoff.

A private family service will be held to honor Wendy’s life.
